New Timing Belts
Replacement timing belts and pulleys fitted as part of your warranty service maintenance or as part of your ongoing maintenance schedule
Exhausts and Catalytic Converters
Stainless steel and OEM exhaust sytems fitted: Catalytic converters replaced and faults checked in case the oxygen-lambda sensor is faulty
Intercooler
Faulty/Leaking intercoolers can increase engine emissions and fuel consumption while leading to a loss of power and performance
Clutch Repairs
Slipping or worn out clutches replaced and new clutch kits installed including modern dual mass flywheel clutch systems
EGR Valve
New exhaust gas recirculation valves fitted to improve performance and reduce emissions
Turbo Fitting
New turbocharger units fitted when the compressor, turbine or bearings fail in your curent turbo
Replacement Gaiters
Gaiters provide a protective case around a CV joint: Split gaiters allow the lubricating joint grease to be thrown off or pick up abrasive dirt that wears the CV joint rapidly if not replaced
CV Joint Repairs
Constant velocity joints fail because of wear or partial seizure leading to vibration like an unbalanced wheel at certain speeds
Oil Coolers
Replacement oil cooling components installed for most makes of vehicles
ABS Systems
Anti Lock Braking Systems monitor the moment the wheels are about to lock and cycle the brakes to prevent locking - Have a diagnostic test carried out if the ABS warning light remains illumminated
Car Heaters & Radiators
Engine cooling and climate control system repairs using OEM and aftermarket components

Electrical Faults & OBD
Running diagnostic tools can help identify many common electrical faults as the ecu & CANBUS helps to isolate the components causing the problem
Electrical Components
Relays, Bulbs, Fuses and electrical motors tested, repaired and replaced
Faulty Immobiliser
Immobiliser problems can start after a flat battery or electrical fault: The car appears to turn over but the engine won't ignite
Electric Motors
Faulty Wiper motors, electric windows and central locking mechanisms repaired
Fault Code Reading
Diagnostic tests to find electrical faults when the "check engine light" or "service light" comes on

Electrical Components Replaced
Alternators, starter motors, relays, wiper motors and most electrical components supplied and fitted
Sensors
Electronically controlled sensors for air flow, temperature and oxygen tested and replaced
Fault code reading and diagnostics
Electrical faults investigated and repaired in the area
Belt Drive
Most alternators are belt driven from the engine and require minimal maintenance other than changing the drive belt at the appropriate service interval
Alternator Repairs
Alternators generate an alternating curent (AC) rather than the direct current (DC) used by automotive electrical systems; in order to convert AC to DC an array of diodes and rectifiers take the negative part of the voltge and invert it: A voltage regulator then maintains the 13 to 15 Volt power ouput needed to charge the battery nd run the autoelectrical systems
Car Won't Start
Most ignition problems are caused by battery failure or poor connection: Other causes include starter motor, fuse or relay failure
Power Train Control Module (PCM) & Electronic Control Unit
The engine management system will take control of regulating the output voltage from the alternator by switching the field current on and off with millisecond precision
Battery Warning Light
Once your car has been started; if the battery warning light remains on then there could be a problem with the alternator-charging system or the battery itself
Starter Motor
When the ignition system is initiated; an electrical signal switches a relay-solenoid to send power to the starter motor - The starter motor then engages the drive gear to turn and start your engine
Relays
Relays are electric switches that typically use a small current or voltage in one circuit to close a switch that allows a much larger current to flow in a second circuit
Engine Won't Turn Over
Engine Turns Over but Won't Start
Blown Fuse
When parts of the electrical system fail then often the problem can be traced to a blown fuse or relay
Corroded Joints
Corroded joints can lead to connection problems and may be caused by water ingress or a mechanically loose joint sparking and oxidising
Performance Spares Fitted
OEM replacement parts fitted or upgraded with alternative performance parts such as suspension kits and air filters
Engine Servicing & Repair
Engine repairs, cylinder head skimming, valves & pistons replaced
Cooling System
Replacement radiators fitted, cooling system pipework inspected for leaks and cooling fluid replaced to keep your engine at its optimal operating temperature
Alternators
Replacement alternators fitted
Electrical Components
Electrical faults repaired using OEM components - Critical sensors checked e.g. Lambda sensors, air flow meters etc
Fuel Pumps
Often replaced at a milestone service if the fuel pump is operated by the Timing belt
Autoelectrics - OBD & OBD II
electrical faults diagnosed - OBD fault finding - engine fault codes checked & service lights reset - ECU problems diagnosed, key re-coding and CANBUS systems checked
Starter Motors
